Review Terms

Who can review
Review submissions are for adults aged 18 or over who can legally agree to these terms. This restriction concerns the review service only, not the product’s intended users. Buyers, prototype testers, gym/product testers and other genuine users may contribute.
Describe your own experience. Positive, neutral and negative feedback are welcome. Purchases are not verified and reviews are not labelled “Verified Purchase.” Where applicable, disclose material incentives, free products, testing loans or relevant material relationships. Testing alone does not automatically make a review sponsored. Do not fabricate reviews, impersonate others or submit duplicates.
Your review and optional media
Only a star rating is required. Written review text, a display name and one photo or video are optional. You may submit a rating without written text. Approved reviews display the rating, submission date and any optional text, name and approved attachment provided. Without a name, “Anonymous” appears; your content may still identify you.
Upload only product-related media you created or have permission to use. Avoid unrelated people, private information, inappropriate content and copyrighted material without permission. Do not upload X-rays, MRI/CT images, medical reports, prescriptions, diagnostic records, laboratory results or other medical documents.
Personal experiences and health information
Personal feedback is not independently verified clinical evidence, medical advice, proof of treatment or a guaranteed result. Do not include medication information or unnecessary detailed health information. Statements about pain, conditions such as kyphosis or scoliosis, symptoms or medical measurements may reveal health information even when expressed as personal experience.
If you include information about your health, declare it and give separate explicit consent for private receipt and moderation. That consent does not authorize public disclosure. Identifiable health-information submissions cannot be approved through this review service; they may remain private pending moderation or be rejected/deleted. You may instead submit a new review without that information. Medical case studies are outside this service.
Private first, then moderation
Every submission stays private until Mahsa Shaghaghi, the sole initial moderator, approves it. We may reject or delete spam, duplicates, irrelevant material, abuse, unlawful content, privacy violations, inappropriate media, impersonation, rights violations or other legitimate legal/safety problems. Genuine criticism alone is never a reason for rejection or deletion.
We do not edit ratings, wording, spelling, grammar or meaning. Approved reviews are displayed as submitted. If a submission cannot appropriately be published as received, it can be rejected/deleted instead. Only approved reviews contribute to ratings and counts. No fake reviews, ratings or counts are created.
Your content remains yours
You retain ownership. By submitting, you grant Mahsa Shaghaghi, operating VaraPer, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce and display approved content on the VaraPer website in connection with the product, including technically necessary media resizing without substantive alteration.
This permission does not cover Amazon, Shopify, advertising, newsletters, paid social media or medical case studies. It is separate from the GDPR legal basis for processing personal data and does not override restrictions on publishing health information.
Removal, correction and complaints
Email varaper.co@gmail.com to request removal, withdraw publication permission, correct identifying information, request media removal, exercise privacy rights or complain about moderation. Include your review reference if available. Proportionate verification may be needed.
The dashboard does not edit reviews or separately delete attachments. Where necessary, the whole review is taken out of public view and removed to handle a request. A substantive change normally requires removal and a new submission. Removal cannot guarantee deletion of independent search-engine or other third-party copies.
Read the Privacy Policy. Reviewing does not subscribe you to marketing. Reviews remain separate from Brevo newsletter/early-access signup. Future terms will not silently expand reuse permissions for existing submissions.
